Provincial Legislature (Vote 2) – Resolution 94/2004 – Documentation missing from official’s personal files

Noting: Item 2.3 of the final management letter from the Auditor-General, which details certain documentation which could not be found on the personal files of certain staff;

The House resolves:

That the Acting Accounting Officer of the Provincial Legislature report to the Public Accounts Committee by 30 November 2004 on the finalization of this matter.
