Department of Social Welfare and Population Development (Vote 13) – Resolution 21/2004 - Government employees receiving social security grants
Noting: With concern that item 5.8.2 of the report of the Auditor-General states that there are government employees who receive social security grants;
The House resolves:
1. That the Accounting Officer of the Department of Social Welfare and Population Development supply the Public Accounts Committee with a list of all government employees who are receiving social security grants.
2. The Accounting Officer of the Department of Social Welfare and Population Development forward this list to each department involved and the Accounting Officers of those departments report to the Public Accounts Committee by 31 January 2005 on disciplinary action against those employees.
