Provincial Treasury (Vote 6) - Resolution 31/2004 – Unauthorised expenditure: R25 344 822, 26
Noting: Resolution 13/2003 of the Public Accounts Committee;
The House resolves:
1. That the Accounting Officer of the Provincial Treasury report to the Public Accounts Committee by 30 November 2004 on the progress made with the investigation and the disciplinary action taken as a result of the unauthorized expenditure amounting to R25 344 822, 26.
2. That the report referred to in (1) above be copied to the Auditor-General.
