Office of the Premier (Vote 1) - Resolution 41/2004 – Amounts owing to other Departments
Noting: Resolution 73/2003 of the Public Accounts Committee and item 4.1.3 of the report of the Auditor-General, which states that the unconfirmed balance of R60 000 for the Department of Works reflected in Annexure 7 of the financial statements while the Department of Works reflect an amount of R4 421 000;
The House resolves:
That the Accounting Officer of the Office of the Premier report to the Public Accounts Committee by 31 January 2005 on the latest position with regard to the dispute between the Office of the Premier and the Department of Works on the amounts owing.
