Department of Education (Vote 5) - Resolution 80/2004 – Financial Statements (Amounts paid to Divine Life Society)

Noting: That an amount of R 886 000 paid to Divine Life Society is listed as irregular;

The House resolves:

That the Acting Accounting Officer of the Department of Education report to the Public Accounts Committee on the expenditure and the circumstances leading to the amount being listed as irregular as well as disciplinary action taken against the responsible official.
