Provincial Legislature (Vote 2) – Resolution 95/2004 – Control environment: Organogram

Noting: Item 2.6 of the final management letter from the Auditor-General, which states that the organization structure of the Provincial Parliament is not clearly defined by means of an approved and updated organization chart and;

The Executive Board decision to review the budget and strategic plan of the Legislature and to reconsider the organogram and;

The response of the department that a strategic planning exercise was underway which would impact on this matter;

The House resolves:

That the Speaker of the Provincial Legislature report to the Public Accounts Committee by 15th January 2005 on progress made in finalizing an organogram for the department.
